How are my points calculated?
The point system is easy. You get 1 point for a non camera phone and 2 points for a camera phone. When we recieve your phones, we will tot up your points and add them to your account!
How long does it take to add points to my account?
Once we recieve your phones, we will credit your account within 24 hours.
I have selected some gifts, when will I recieve them?
We will deliver gifts to you within 48 hours of you placing your order.

Can I recieve a cash alternative for my points?
No.
My school needs equipment that is not listed on your gift list. Can you provide it?
We are always open to suggestions. If there is a particular gift you would like, why not let us know and we might be able to add it to our gift list for you!
Is there a minimum amount of phones required to recieve a tree?
We offer a free tree for any collection of 100 or more mobile phones.

Our trees are supplied by our partner 'The Gift Tree Company'
